Our family office has been active in advisory businesses for over 4o years, providing strategic and financial advice to many technology startups and growth stage companies, including our own portfolio companies Our partnership with Zelig allows them to expand their deal flow to cover FinTech companies in Asia, a rapidly expanding space.

Alexis Kalmanovitz, Managing Partner, Co-Founder

Alexis has over two decades of experience in financial information and technology. Before founding Zelig Associates, he worked at Reuters, where he held roles including Head of Strategy for the Investment Management division and Global Head of Strategy for Reuters' Enterprise division.

Gerd has developed a wealth of cross-border corporate finance expertise over two decades, having advised on over 50 successful M&A and fundraising transactions, with a total transaction value exceeding USD40bn.

Richard joined Zelig in 2018 bringing two decades of continuous corporate finance experience covering M&A and capital raising most recently focused on the technology sector.

Matthew Kirkby, Senior Advisor

Matthew has over 20 years of banking experience, holding senior management positions in London, Hong Kong and Singapore. From 2015 - 2016, Matthew served as Head of Corporate Banking Asia Pacific for HSBC in Hong Kong.
